Welcome to our oasis of charm in the historical heart of Colli a Volturno, a captivating hilltop town in the province of Molise, within the embrace of the majestic beauty of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. Our home is an authentic delight, nestled in a beautiful historic building, with original flooring and timeless wooden furniture.
This age-old building, where history and modern comfort combine, creates a unique atmosphere in which to immerse yourself. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, furnished for your every need. With a total of 8 bedspaces in 4 bedrooms, it is the ideal get-away for families or groups of friends looking for an authentic Italian experience.
Those with a love of the out-doors will find the National Park close by and for those of you with a taste for winter sports, the snow-covered, uncrowded pistes of Roccaraso Ski resort are a short drive away. As such, our home is a perfect base to explore and partake in all or any of experiences available, no matter your preference.
Let yourself be entranced at the thought of sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset on one of our two panoramic roof terraces, giving unparalleled breathtaking views of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise, whilst being lulled by the sound of the Volturno river flowing in the valley below.

The villa can also be divided into two apartments.
Apartment one has a 2 bedrooms, both of which have 2 twin or 1 king size bed. It has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen furnished with everything you will need, and a large dining/lounge area with views over the mountains. There is also a beautiful terrace from where you can take in the breath-taking views over your morning coffee or your post-dinner glass of wine.

Apartment two has 3 bedrooms - 1 with a queen sized bed, 1 with 2 x twin/1 x king-sized bed and 1 three-quarter sized bed. It has 2 bathrooms, a lounge-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has it's own roof terrace with incredible views that will take your breath away.
